You’ll be responsible for creating insurance policies, advising potential clients on coverage, and converting quotes into new policies. You'll also help resolve billing issues, change policies, and make policy recommendations. Responsibilities: • Respond to incoming calls concerning policy and insurance coverage concerns, as well as customer complaints and general questions • Follow-up on client interactions in a thorough manner to ensure customer satisfaction • Make accurate modifications to consumer policies depending on the information supplied • Track current marketing activities, so you can appropriately respond to insurance-related inquiries with all of the resources at your disposal • Verify new customers coverage and present policyholders with proof of insurance paperwork Qualifications: • Must possess exemplary interpersonal skills, communication skills, and active listening skills • High school diploma or GED equivalent needed • Understands how to utilize a database for processing client information and how to use Microsoft Office to create necessary documents • Previous customer service experience required for this position • Knowledge of insurance products and policy schedules is preferred Compensation: $40,000 - $45,000 yearly
