CSS has partnered with a respected and AV Rated, boutique law firm with a national presence seeking Insurance Defense legal assistant to join their Houston, TX office. Selected candidates must be self-starters with strong analytical, communication, research, and writing skills.

Responsibilities:

• Workers comp required
• Communicates with clients, an adjuster, and attorneys on a daily basis
• Request and analyze medical records associated with claims
• Investigate the provided information
• Verify charges and bills for the claim

Requirements:

• Education: associates but bachelor’s preferred
• Paralegal Certificate required
• 7+ years of experience
