Responsibilities: • Prospect and contact potential clients to discuss their financial needs and concerns • Developing a professional relationship with other professionals in the community for networking purposes • Design financial plans to help clients achieve their goals and address their concerns • Present an array of potential solutions using our competitive suite of products and services • Offer high-quality life insurance, fixed annuities, long-term care insurance, securities, and investment products • Create and implement business and marketing plans that will expand the client base • Develop your professional skills and knowledge through the New York Life training curriculum • Achieve company sales goals • Obtain securities licenses, such as the Series 6/63 licenses, to sell investments and other securities products concerning wealth management and advanced planning • Continuing education by obtaining designations Qualifications: • Sales experience preferred • Growth mindset • People and social skills are a must • Strong business acumen • Driven to achieve at a high level • Must possess uncompromising integrity • Persistent and resilient • Ability to engage your community and leverage personal networks and contacts • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to communicate complex skills Compensation: $60,000 - $75,000 at plan per year
