    Job Description

    POSITION SUMMARY: Provides accounting assistance to Accounting Department.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the following satisfactorily; other duties may be assigned. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

    • Maintains accounting department files and records
    • Scans and files all accounting paperwork, including vendor invoices, check stubs, contracts and tax forms
    • Record automated Payroll Journal entries for all related entities.
    • Assist in Payroll Processing.
    • Perform bank reconciliations as well as maintain proper internal controls on a daily.
    • Perform balance sheet account reconciliations for all related entities.
    • Perform reconciliation of intercompany accounts.
    • Update and process daily QuickBooks transactions.
    • Administer Banking gateway approvals for all transactions
    • Special payment projects assigned by immediate manger
    • Other duties as assigned
