Responsibilities: • Build relationships with individuals, families, and small businesses to understand their financial needs. • Provide guidance on retirement planning, college savings, and protection solutions like life and disability insurance. • Develop customized strategies using New York Life’s wide range of investment & financial products. • Maintain long-term relationships by offering ongoing support and financial reviews. • Learn about investment strategies and how you can help others. • Get involved in local networking, charities, and chambers to best serve our community. Qualifications: • Business-driven mindset with the drive to build your own career. • Strong communication and relationship-building skills. • Self-disciplined and motivated to achieve personal and professional goals. • Ability to learn complex concepts and explain them clearly to clients. • Coachable and eager to participate in training and mentorship programs. • Previous sales, customer service, or financial experience is helpful but not required — we provide paid training. Compensation: $130,000 at plan earnings
