Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Licensed Insurance Sales Producer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business by identifying and meeting customer needs, providing exceptional service, and building strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales goals.
Identify prospective clients and conduct thorough needs assessments.
Present and explain insurance policies and coverage options to clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and provide ongoing support.
Stay updated on industry trends and changes in insurance regulations.
Collaborate with team members to achieve overall company objectives.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
Qualifications:
Valid insurance license (Property & Casualty or Life & Health).
Proven experience in insurance sales or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
