Responsibilities: • Hire, train, develop, and manage insurance agents with great potential so they become high-performers to gain new clients and maximize sales • Monitor the branch’s financial performance and ensure we’re meeting sales targets • Leverage actuary data to strategically set premiums and maximize branch profit and use predictive modeling to determine risk and liability of payment of future benefits • Assess existing company policies, offer advice on improvements, and implement new policies for the branch as needed • Assure that all ethical and legal compliance regulations are being followed by staff when handling insurance investigation claims Qualifications: • Candidates must have active insurance agent license in their state • At least 5 years of experience in the insurance industry in a management or supervisory position • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or finance • Strong knowledge of the latest types of insurance, insurance plans, insurance products, current insurance policies, policy requirements, laws, and regulations • Superb management, communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills Compensation: $100,000 yearly
