Responsibilities: • Find, train, and manage insurance agents and develop them into top performers to gain new clients and drive sales • Ensure the branch is meeting sales targets by overseeing the office’s financial performance • Assure that all ethical and legal compliance regulations are being followed by staff when handling insurance investigation claims • Examine current company policies, make suggestions for improvements and implement new policies for the branch when necessary • Handle risk management and liability regarding payments of future benefits and maximize profit for the branch by analyzing actuary data and strategically setting premiums • Client Assessment: Understand clients' financial goals, risk tolerance, and current insurance coverage to offer tailored recommendations. • Insurance Product Knowledge: Be well-versed in various life insurance products, their features, and benefits to help clients make informed decisions. • Application Process Support: Guide clients through the life insurance application process, ensuring they understand each step and the available options. • Ongoing Client Support: Provide continuous customer service by addressing clients' questions, concerns, and updating their coverage as their needs change. • Training & Development: Participate in regular training programs to improve your knowledge of financial products, insurance policies, and industry best practices. • Client Education: Help clients understand the value and importance of life insurance, ensuring they feel confident in their decisions. • Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their financial needs are met over time. Qualifications: • Must have active insurance agent license in your state • Strong knowledge of the latest types of insurance, insurance plans, insurance products, current insurance policies, policy requirements, laws, and regulations • B.A. in business or finance • Superb management, communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills • At least 5 years of experience in the insurance industry in a management or supervisory position • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to lead and manage effectively • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities • Collaborative team player with the capacity to work well with others • Highly detail-oriented with a strong ability to follow through on tasks • Skilled in multitasking, prioritizing, and managing time effectively • Capable of staying positive and productive under pressure • Must be a U.S. resident If you possess these qualifications, you’re already on the right track to thrive with us!
