Responsibilities: • Leverage actuary data to strategically set premiums and maximize branch profit and use predictive modeling to determine risk and liability of payment of future benefits • Recruit, train, develop, and supervise insurance agents with high potential and turn them into top performers to gain new customers and drive sales • Examine current company policies, make suggestions for improvements and implement new policies for the branch when necessary • Monitor the branch’s financial performance and ensure we’re meeting sales targets • Take all necessary measures to ensure that ethical and legal compliance regulations are being followed by staff when handling insurance investigation claims Qualifications: • Candidates must have active insurance agent license in their state • Must be well-versed in the different types of insurance, insurance plans, insurance products current insurance policies, policy requirements, laws, and regulations • Excellent management, leadership, interpersonal skills, and communication skills • 5+ years of experience in a supervisory position in the insurance industry • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or finance Compensation: $88,500 - $117,000 yearly
