The Insurance Marketing Representative is responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with independent agents and agencies to promote the company’s insurance products and drive profitable growth. This role serves as the primary liaison between the company and its agency partners, ensuring agents have the tools, training, and support they need to succeed.
The ideal candidate combines strong interpersonal and sales skills with a deep understanding of insurance products, underwriting appetite, and market trends.
Key Responsibilities
Build and manage productive relationships with independent agents and agencies.
Promote company products, underwriting guidelines, and value propositions to agents.
Identify new business opportunities and support agents in achieving production goals.
Coordinate with underwriting, claims, and support teams to ensure smooth agent interactions.
Deliver training, marketing materials, and updates to help agents stay informed and effective.
Analyze production results and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
Represent the company at industry events and agency meetings.
Qualifications
Proven experience in insurance marketing, agency management, or sales.
Strong knowledge of property and casualty insurance products.
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to travel within assigned territories as needed.
Active insurance license (as required by state or company policy).
