What You'll Do

Recommend coverage options that properly protect clients

Work with individuals and families to review their insurance needs

Build relationships with new and existing customers

Follow up with leads and close new business

Provide excellent customer experience and long-term support

Contribute to a positive and team-focused office culture

Base salary plus uncapped commission

Monday–Friday schedule (9am–5pm)

Requirements

Active Property & Casualty Insurance License required

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Ability to work toward goals and sales targets

Sales or insurance experience preferred

Language: Spanish (Preferred)

Annapolis, MD: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
