Dan Mensch GEICO Local Office is looking for a motivated Insurance Office Representative to join our growing team in Allentown, PA.

Responsibilities

Build relationships with new and existing customers.

Educate clients on insurance products and recommend coverage that fits their needs.

Generate new business through lead follow-up, referrals, and prospecting.

Conduct policy reviews and identify opportunities to better protect customers.

Provide outstanding customer service and follow up as needed.

Maintain accurate customer records and policy information.

Qualifications

Active Property & Casualty Insurance License required.

Previous sales or customer service experience preferred.

Bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Self-motivated with a positive, goal-oriented attitude.

Organized and comfortable using computer systems.
