ProMD, a leading medical billing company, is hiring a Payment Posting Specialist to post insurance and patient payments into EMR/PM systems (e.g., eCW, Intergy, Kareo, Nextgen). We're looking for someone detail-oriented, Excel-proficient, and experienced with EOBs and ERAs.

Responsibilities:

Post manual & electronic payments accurately

Review EOBs and ERAs

Balance daily figures & document outstanding balances

Assist with adjustments, transfers, and refunds

Meet monthly performance goals

Requirements:

Strong Excel skills & billing software experience

Accuracy and attention to detail

Clear written/verbal communication
