Responsibilities: • Issue premiums, refunds, and adjustments on behalf of policyholders • Fact-check personal information such as names, addresses, ages, and other data to ensure accurate recordkeeping • Deliver an optimal level of customer service in accordance with company policy when corresponding with existing and prospective clients • Work directly with the insurance agents, team members, and policyholders to modify, update, and process insurance policies • Manage accurate client records through diligent data entry and recordkeeping Qualifications: • Knowledge of insurance policies, carriers, and processing considered a plus • Experience using Microsoft Office, CRM systems, financial planning software, Google Suite, and other related account status computer systems needed • Customer service experience is preferred; exemplary communication and analytical skills are a must • High school diploma mandatory; relevant bachelor’s degree preferred • Familiarity with various recordkeeping, data entry, and insurance policy processing software is preferred Compensation: 50000 - 65000 yearly
