Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Prospect new business (calls, networking, referrals, emails, and in-person meetings)
• Build relationships and learn about client needs
• Present insurance solutions that fit the client and close deals
• Manage and grow your book of business (yours to keep)
• Work closely with carriers and track your numbers along the way

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Active 2-20 Property & Casualty License (or Series 215), if you don't have one, we'll help you get it.
• At least 1–3 years in B2B sales or 3+ years in insurance sales/service
• Confidence in prospecting, networking, and closing business
• South Florida based (Miami preferred)
