As an Insurance Producer, you will work with customers to understand their needs and recommend insurance solutions that provide the right protection. You will also play an important role in growing the agency by developing new relationships and maintaining strong connections with existing customers.

Responsibilities:

Build relationships with new and existing customers

Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products

Educate customers on coverage options and policy benefits

Provide a positive customer experience throughout the sales process

Requirements:

Preferred Qualifications:

Active Property & Casualty insurance license (must have willingness to obtain)

Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, or business development
