• As a member of the AllSearch Insurance Recruiting Team, you will support insurance agencies, brokers and carriers across the nation. You will provide recruiting services for positions in a variety of disciplines, including CSR's, Account Managers, Account Executives, Underwriters (in both personal and commercial lines), and more. Qualifications:

• 2+ years of proven direct hire staffing recruiting success, specifically placing skilled P&C Insurance professionals in Agency, Broker and Carrier roles.
• An entrepreneurial spirit, strong work ethic, and a passion for building a career. We want you to be the CEO of your own desk and OWN your success!
• A friendly, relationship-minded personality, a desire to do right by your clients and candidates, and strong organizational skills.
• BS or BA degree is preferred but not required.

Compensation:

• AllSearch offers a base salary in the 50k - 65k/year range plus a very strong quarterly commission and bonus package. Recruiters can easily make 80k - 100k in their 1st year in the business. 100k+ year two and beyond. Most experienced Recruiters at AllSearch earn 6 figures, while top performers earn 250k - 300k or more.
