    What You'll Do

    Connect with prospective and existing customers to identify their insurance needs

    Quote and sell auto, home, renters, and other insurance products

    Conduct policy reviews to uncover coverage gaps and recommend solutions

    Follow up with leads and referral opportunities

    Build lasting relationships that generate repeat business and referrals

    Educate customers on coverage options and help them make informed decisions

    Deliver outstanding service while growing agency revenue

    Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity

    What We're Looking For

    Sales experience preferred but not required

    Customer-facing experience in retail, banking, hospitality, customer service, or similar industries is highly valued

    Strong communication and relationship-building skills

    Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and competitive mindset

    Comfortable speaking with customers by phone, text, and email

    Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment

    Insurance license preferred or willingness to obtain licensing with our support
