McGuire Insurance Agency is a growing, high-performing insurance agency that helps clients protect what matters most. We specialize in home, condo, auto, renters, and other personal insurance solutions.

We are looking for motivated, self-driven individuals who want to build a career in insurance sales. This is a fully remote (work-from-home) position, so the right candidate must be organized, disciplined, and able to work independently.

As an Insurance Sales Agent, you will speak with potential clients, understand their needs, and help them find the right insurance coverage.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping people, building relationships, and earning commission based on performance.

Salary Range: $60,000 – $100,000+ per year (Base Salary + Commission)

Responsibilities

Make outbound calls and follow up with potential clients

Help customers choose the right insurance coverage

Build relationships with new and existing clients

Generate referrals and new business

Meet monthly sales goals

Stay organized and productive while working from home

Self-motivated and able to work independently

Strong communication skills

Goal-oriented and driven to succeed

Organized with good time management

Willing to obtain an insurance license, 40 hour course + state test (WA P&C licensed candidates are a plus)

Sales experience is helpful but not required
