Responsibilities: • Make phone calls, write text messages, and send emails to increase sales revenue from potential customers • Achieve the predetermined business production objectives to further the agency’s greater financial goals • Evaluate the individual needs and goals of prospective customers in order to present them with the most suitable insurance policy options • Create new and continued business by uncovering opportunities to upsell and cross-sell financial products • Build the skills and confidence necessary to achieve self-sufficiency as an insurance agent with your mentor • Handle customer inquiries • Sell and solicit/provide information about the products and services • Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns • Document and update customer records based on interactions • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services Qualifications: • Strong leadership and communications skills are a must • Successful completion of a background check is required • Excellent at building rapport and relationships with people • One year of experience working in sales or as an insurance agent beneficial • Job seekers must already have or be willing to get their state Property and Casualty as well as Life and Health insurance licenses • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields • Ability to build rapport with clients • Ability to prioritize and multitask • Positive and professional demeanor • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Must be willing to obtain an Insurance License Compensation: $45,000 - $60,000 yearly
