Responsibilities: • Generate accurate insurance quotes by leveraging accurate data, customer information, and available insurance rates • Gain insurance agent self-sufficiency by collaborating with your mentor on confidence and skill-building • Create new and continued business by uncovering opportunities to upsell and cross-sell financial products • Drive sales among potential clients by making phone calls, composing text messages, and sending emails regularly • Present prospective customers with the best insurance policy options to meet their needs after assessing their individual circumstances and goals • Handle customer inquiries • Sell and solicit/provide information about the products and services • Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns • Document and update customer records based on interactions • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services Qualifications: • Candidates must clear a background check • Proven leadership and communication skills • Job seekers must already have or be willing to get their state Property and Casualty as well as Life and Health insurance licenses • Excellent at building rapport and relationships with people • One year of experience working in sales or as an insurance agent beneficial • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields • Ability to build rapport with clients • Ability to prioritize and multitask • Positive and professional demeanor • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Must be willing to obtain an Insurance License Compensation: $45,000 - $60,000 yearly
