    We want to add a motivated and personable new employee to our insurance agent team who is seeking a new learning opportunity with lots of room for growth. The ideal candidate for our entry-level insurance agent position has the solid communication skills it takes to drive insurance sales among potential clients and new clients. Bring a friendly attitude and a passion for customer service, and we’ll invest our resources into training you to be a successful insurance sales representative! LEADS PROVIDED. Responsibilities: • Update reports, records, bookkeeping systems, and other organizational tools to accurately report progress toward monthly insurance sales goals • Develop risk management strategies for each customer to ensure his or her policy needs are continuously met • Offer personal attention when pursuing new clients through various marketing strategies to grow your existing portfolio of policyholders • Serve as an attentive listener when communicating with new and potential clients in order to accurately identify their unique needs prior to pursuing specific insurance sales • Commit to remaining educated about the various types of insurance, insurance-related protocols, and policy changes to ensure fulfillment of program requirements and ensure our customers are satisfied • Meet with clients via Zoom or phone • Review client needs and explain coverage options • Follow a simple, proven sales process Qualifications: • Must be a superb communicator able to carefully analyze complex ideas like insurance programs; experience working in customer service is beneficial • Ability to learn and understand state and federal regulations that affect insurance sales, insurance clients, and the insurance industry as a whole • Basic understanding of sales lead or accounting software is helpful • Valid insurance license required or candidates must be willing to get licensed • Candidates must have some computer experience, including the ability to effectively use Microsoft Office programs • Strong communication skills • Coachable and willing to learn • Reliable internet and phone access • Sales or customer service experience a plus (not required) • Willingness to obtain the required state insurance license (training provided) Compensation: $80,000 - $100,000 yearly
