Responsibilities: • Calling provided leads and reaching out to potential customers to discuss their insurance needs and offer tailored solutions. • Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales. • Engage with current policyholders to ensure satisfaction, address any concerns, and explore opportunities for upselling additional coverages. • Maintain a high level of productivity, meeting and exceeding sales targets while ensuring quality customer interactions and compliance. • Handle incoming sales inquiries and walk-in customers with professionalism and efficiency, converting inquiries into sales opportunities. Qualifications: • Ability to make outbound calls and track their progress. • Active Property & Casualty Insurance License (or willingness to obtain a Property & Casualty insurance license before starting the position). • Strong sales ability and great customer service skills. • Motivated self-starter who has great time management and organizational skills. • Strive to achieve and maintain production and sales goals, as established by management. • Self-motivated with a results-driven, determined attitude. • Develop ongoing networking relationships. Compensation: $22 -$32 per hour
