Responsibilities: • Collaborate with policyholders to develop insurance risk management and other profiles that specify the best policies for their evolving insurance needs • Serve as an attentive listener when communicating with new and potential clients in order to accurately identify their unique needs prior to pursuing specific insurance sales Qualifications: • Basic understanding of sales lead or accounting software is helpful • Fundamental computer skills such as experience with Microsoft Office • Ability to learn and understand state and federal regulations that affect insurance sales, insurance clients, and the insurance industry as a whole • High school diploma necessary; college degree a bonus • Must be a superb communicator able to carefully analyze complex ideas like insurance programs; experience working in customer service is beneficial Compensation: $65,000 - $85,000 yearly
