Responsibilities: Business Development: • Execute daily prospecting activities: outbound calls, field visits, broker networking • Use the provided business leads and industry-specific scripts • Qualify prospects and schedule discovery meetings with business owners and HR managers • Target companies with 10-29 employees (experienced licensed professionals qualify for larger accounts: 30-50+ employees) Sales Execution: • Conduct needs-analysis meetings with decision-makers • Present employee benefits solutions with manager coaching support • Close new business and establish long-term client relationships • Average 2 deals monthly to achieve plan goals* Account Management: • Maintain client relationships through quarterly business reviews • Build a book of business targeting 150+ client accounts over two years • Generate referrals from satisfied clients Professional Development: • Complete 4-day intensive sales boot camp (sales process, prospecting methods, objection handling, presentation delivery) • Attend weekly team training and call practice sessions • Participate in one-on-one coaching focused on skill development • Receive field support during client appointments • Progress through certification and advancement tracks Qualifications: Required: • 2-4 years B2B sales experience with demonstrated ability to prospect, build relationships, and close business.
