Responsibilities: • Spend time listening to existing, new, and prospective clients to evaluate their needs and stage-of-life priorities before presenting insurance plan options for their specific circumstances • Collaborate with policyholders to develop insurance risk management and other profiles that specify the best policies for their evolving insurance needs • Implement marketing strategies including, but not limited, to cold calling and networking to connect with potential clients while simultaneously maintaining a portfolio of current clients • Update reports, records, bookkeeping systems, and other organizational tools to accurately report progress toward monthly insurance sales goals • Remain updated about insurance industry changes that may affect customers in your portfolio Qualifications: • High school diploma necessary; college degree a bonus • Basic understanding of sales lead or accounting software is helpful • Must be a superb communicator able to carefully analyze complex ideas like insurance programs; experience working in customer service is beneficial • Job seekers must already have or be willing to get an insurance license • Ability to learn and understand state and federal regulations that affect insurance sales, insurance clients, and the insurance industry as a whole • Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation for work related travel. Compensation: $80,000 - $110,000
