Responsibilities: • Remain updated about insurance industry changes that may affect customers in your portfolio • Offer personal attention when pursuing new clients through various marketing strategies to grow your existing portfolio of policyholders • Tailor risk management strategies and client profiles to reflect each customer’s individual needs • Update reports, records, bookkeeping systems, and other organizational tools to accurately report progress toward monthly insurance sales goals • Serve as an attentive listener when communicating with new and potential clients in order to accurately identify their unique needs prior to pursuing specific insurance sales What You Will Be Doing • Helping individuals and families find the right life insurance coverage • Following up with leads and building relationships • Learning our system and plugging into team calls and coaching • Managing simple daily tasks and keeping track of your progress • Staying focused on personal and professional growth What We Are Looking For • A positive attitude and willingness to learn • Strong communication and people skills • Basic tech comfort with email, phone, and simple software • Willing to get a life insurance license (we help with the process) • High school diploma required. College is a plus, but not required Qualifications: • Must be a superb communicator able to carefully analyze complex ideas like insurance programs; experience working in customer service is beneficial • Willingness to learn about the insurance industry, insurance programs, and state and federal regulations that may impact policyholders • Working knowledge of accounting and sales lead software is a plus • Candidates must have or be willing to get an insurance license • Fundamental computer skills such as experience with Microsoft Office • Reliable mode of transportation Compensation: $80,000 - $110,000 yearly
