    Already Licensed? Here’s What You’ll Do:

    • Advise clients on personal and commercial insurance options

    • Generate leads, close new business, and build lasting client relationships

    • Deliver excellent service and maintain compliance

    • Work closely with our team to ensure smooth onboarding and renewals

    Not Yet Licensed? We’ll Help You Get There:

    We offer a fully paid licensing program for candidates with the right drive and aptitude.

    • One-week training course + three-day crash course exam prep

    • Licensing exam costs covered (you only pay for fingerprinting + license download)

    • Ongoing coaching and mentorship

    • We expect you to become licensed within 6 months of joining

    What We’re Looking For:

    • A strong communicator who genuinely enjoys helping people

    • A long-term career mindset—we’re not hiring for short-term roles

    • Professionalism, accountability, and a willingness to learn

    • Prior sales or insurance experience is a plus, but not required

    • Bonus: Licensed in Property & Casualty (and/or Life & Health)

    • Bonus: Multilingual or prior experience with commercial insurance
