Responsibilities: • Stay abreast of insurance industry protocols and policy changes to ensure fulfillment of all policy requirements, and monitor insurance claims to ensure mutual satisfaction • Create tailored risk management strategies directly with clients that align with their risk profiles • Listen attentively to new and potential clients, evaluate their needs and their financial statuses, and propose ideal plan options for their unique circumstances and insurance needs • Devote an unprecedented level of personal attention when implementing a range of effective sales strategies proven to maintain and grow long-term customer base • Update bookkeeping systems, customer records, and sales databases to report your monthly and/or quarterly progress to goals to stakeholders Qualifications: • Candidates must have an insurance license • Strong interpersonal skills, communication skills, customer service skills, and analytical skills are required • Basic computer skills with proficiency with Microsoft Office suite is necessary • Proficiency with accounting or sales-related software is helpful • High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred Compensation: $90,000 at plan earnings
