Responsibilities: • Evaluate client needs in Edinburg & Rio Grande Valley, TX, and recommend tailored insurance solutions to meet their goals • Generate new business by identifying prospects, developing leads, and scheduling client meetings • Manage policy renewals, ensuring coverage stays aligned with clients’ changing needs • Deliver outstanding service by responding quickly to inquiries and assisting with claims • Stay informed on industry trends, products, and regulations to provide accurate, up-to-date guidance Qualifications: • Skilled at building trust and lasting relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds • Strong communication and active listening abilities to understand client needs • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems for efficient data management • Quick to learn and adapt to new technologies and digital tools • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and effective at managing multiple priorities • Fully authorized to work in the U.S. with valid documentation and open availability Compensation: $40,000
