Responsibilities: • Tailor risk management strategies and client profiles to reflect each customer’s individual needs • Offer personal attention when pursuing new clients through various marketing strategies to grow your existing portfolio of policyholders • Stay abreast of any changes to rules or policies within the insurance agency to effectively amend insurance programs for existing and prospective clients • Keep an accurate log of sales databases, client reports, bookkeeping records, and more to share progress toward goals with key stakeholders • Serve as an attentive listener when communicating with new and potential clients in order to accurately identify their unique needs prior to pursuing specific insurance sales Qualifications: • Ability to learn and understand state and federal regulations that affect insurance sales, insurance clients, and the insurance industry as a whole • Fundamental computer skills such as experience with Microsoft Office • Working knowledge of accounting and sales lead software is a plus • Job seekers must already have or be willing to get an insurance license • Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills required; customer service experience is a plus • A candidate is required to hold either a US passport, a green card, or a regular, renewable EAD (we are not able to contract with F1 Visa - OPT - CPT) • Bilingual in English and other languages is preferred Compensation: $118,500+ annually at plan commission
