Responsibilities: • Spend time listening to existing, new, and prospective clients to evaluate their needs and stage-of-life priorities before presenting insurance plan options for their specific circumstances • Keep an accurate log of sales databases, client reports, bookkeeping records, and more to share progress toward goals with key stakeholders • Implement marketing strategies including, but not limited, to cold calling and networking to connect with potential clients while simultaneously maintaining a portfolio of current clients • Tailor risk management strategies and client profiles to reflect each customer’s individual needs • Remain updated about insurance industry changes that may affect customers in your portfolio Qualifications: • High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree a plus • Candidates must have or be willing to get an insurance license • Experience using accounting or sales-related software is beneficial • Basic computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office suite is required • Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills required; customer service experience is a plus A candidate is required to hold either a US passport, a green card, or a regular, renewable EAD (we are not able to contract with F1 Visa - OPT - CPT)Bilingual in English and other languages is preferred Compensation: $118,500+ annually at plan commission
