Responsibilities: • Create tailored risk management strategies directly with clients that align with their risk profiles • Set meetings with new and potential clients to listen to their needs, taking into account their financial statuses and stage-of-life priorities, and present insurance plan options tailored to their individual circumstances • Update bookkeeping systems, customer records, and sales databases to report your monthly and/or quarterly progress to goals to stakeholders • Continue your education on evolving insurance industry protocols to adequately fulfill all policy requirements and monitor insurance claims to customers’ satisfaction • Maintain and grow existing portfolios by developing and implementing effective and attentive sales strategies that cultivate long-term customer loyalty Qualifications: • Excellent communication, customer service, analytical, and interpersonal skills are necessary • Some computer skills with ability to use Microsoft Office is required • Insurance license required • Working knowledge of the insurance industry, insurance products risk management profiles, and related state and federal regulations • Some experience with accounting or sales lead software is beneficial • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and trust-building • Ability to stay informed about industry trends and regulatory requirements • Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple client accounts and documentation efficiently • Proficiency in using digital tools and CRM systems to enhance client engagement and sales processes Compensation: $75,000 - $100,000 yearly
