Qualifications for the Insurance Sales Representative:

· Must speak Spanish and English

· Sales experience or client-facing background a plus

· Insurance experience is preferred, but not required

· Proven track record of trustworthiness, dependability, and ethical behavior

· Must possess a genuine willingness to learn, intuitive, resourceful, and coachable

· Excellent communication skills; written, verbal and listening skills

· Must be confident, motivated, and determined

Responsibility for Insurance Representative:

· Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales

· Communication with our hot leads

· Establish client relationships and follow up with clients as needed.

· Understand prospect’s needs and identify sales opportunities

· Creating and maintaining a database of current and future clients

· Explain and demonstrate the benefits of our services

· Staying up to date with competing products and services

· Ability and desire to achieve goals
