    About the Role

    As an Insurance Sales Agent at Radler Insurance Group, you will help grow a top-performing local Allstate agency by engaging new prospects, delivering trusted guidance, and building long-term relationships in our community. You’ll use your insurance knowledge, sales skills, and customer-first mindset to educate clients, present coverage options, and provide the value and peace of mind our agency is known for.

    This is a high-energy, relationship-driven role designed for someone who loves helping people and thrives in a competitive, supportive team environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    Achieve and exceed sales goals through new business generation and cross-selling opportunities with existing customers

    Identify and qualify incoming leads from multiple sources, including agency marketing, internet leads, referrals, and outbound activities

    Educate prospective customers on available products, coverage options, and the value of proper protection

    Conduct professional insurance reviews to uncover gaps, recommend solutions, and build trust

    Provide a positive customer experience with fast, clear, and friendly communication

    Maintain accurate records, follow up consistently, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment

    Actively participate in team meetings, training sessions, and skill-building opportunities

    Qualifications

    Active Personal Lines and/or Property & Casualty license required (or willingness to obtain—agency may assist)

    Previous sales experience preferred (insurance, financial services, retail, or phone sales all welcome)

    Confident, motivated, and driven to win in a competitive environment

    Strong communication skills — professional, persuasive, and customer-focused

    Ability to multitask, stay organized, and follow through consistently

    Coachable attitude with a growth mindset and willingness to learn

    Comfortable working with metrics, goals, and daily activity expectations
