Radler Insurance Group is urgently hiring 2 Insurance Sales Agents to join our growing, top-performing Allstate agency.

What You’ll Do

Sell Auto, Home, Condo, Renters, landlord, etc

Work inbound leads, internet leads, and referrals daily

Make outbound calls to prospects and follow up to close business

Conduct insurance coverage reviews to uncover gaps

Cross-sell and bundle policies to maximize value

Hit daily call, quote, and sales goals

Requirements

Active Property & Casualty License (Preferred – or willing to obtain quickly)

Sales experience (insurance, phone sales, retail, or customer-facing roles)

Strong communication and closing skills

Comfortable with high call volume and fast-paced environment

Competitive mindset and strong work ethic
