Our agents become trusted members of the communities in which they serve and proudly keep our promise to make sure that premiums paid here, stay here to keep Wisconsin strong. $42,000 - $48,000 Base Salary; PLUS Commissions + Bonuses and a signing bonus Responsibilities: • Network with local businesses and homeowners to develop relationships and deliver the protection of Rural Mutual's product line • Partner with clients and underwriters through the entire process of purchasing their insurance policy • Provide exceptional customer service to all people • Stay abreast of insurance industry protocols and policy changes to ensure fulfillment of all policy requirements, and monitor insurance claims to ensure mutual satisfaction • Keep sales databases, customer records, and related organizational tools current to accurately report progress of marketing and sales efforts Qualifications: • Skilled at networking and committed to the community in which you work • High level of integrity with a track record of showing consistency between words and action • Experience in delivering customer-centered solutions and creating long-lasting relationships • Excellent skills in communication: listening and presenting • Goal-oriented with a passion for achieving financial success • Licensed in property, casualty, and life insurance—or committed to obtaining licenses within 60 days of being hired Compensation: $42,000 - $48,000 Base Salary
