Offering a $2,000 signing bonus. $42,000 - $48,000 Base Salary; PLUS Commissions and Bonuses, and a $2,000 signing bonus Responsibilities: • Design and implement effective marketing strategies to sell new insurance policies or adjust existing ones • Contact potential clients and create rapport by networking, cold calling, using referrals, etc. • Evaluate and analyze the needs of business or individual customers and sell the suitable protection plans across multiple lines of business • Conduct needs-based customer policy reviews • Stay abreast of the insurance industry and company protocols and policy changes to ensure fulfillment of all policy requirements, all while providing superior customer service • Keep sales databases, customer records, and related organizational tools current to accurately report progress of marketing and sales efforts • Capitalize on client cross-sale and retention opportunities Qualifications: • Experience in delivering customer-centered solutions and creating long-lasting relationships • Excellent skills in communication: listening and presenting • Goal-oriented with a passion for achieving financial success • Skilled at networking and committed to the community in which you work • High level of integrity with a track record of showing consistency between words and actions • Licensed in property, casualty, and life insurance, or committed to obtaining licenses within 60 days of being hired Compensation: $42,000 - $48,000 Base Salary PLUS Commission & Bonuses
