Job description
We are seeking an Sales Representative to grow our sales team! You will focus on providing needs-based insurance solutions to compliment individual customer needs, building referral relationships with centers of influence, working hot and warm leads, & quote inquiries.
Applicants that become successful can enroll in a management training track or an agency ownership training track. As your skills develop you can obtain sponsorship for mortgage and securities licensing to provide additional income and career development opportunity.
Base Salary + uncapped commissions! Average reps earn $55,000 - $65,000 total compensation. Top performers earn $65,000 to $100,000 +.
Earn 100% of Sales Commission!
Duties:
Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
Prospect and contact potential customers
Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
Qualifications:
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields preferred but not required
Familiarity with CRM platforms preferred but not required
Ability to build rapport with clients
Strong negotiation skills
Deadline and detail-oriented
Sales management
