Your Role • Work with exclusive, high-intent leads — no cold calling, door knocking, or prospecting required. • Meet with clients virtually or by phone to assess their needs and recommend the most suitable life insurance solutions. • Guide clients through the application process, ensuring accuracy and a smooth, stress-free experience. • Educate clients on their coverage options so they can make confident and informed decisions for their families. • Follow a proven, easy-to-learn sales system designed to maximize efficiency, consistency, and results. • Manage your own schedule, pipeline, and production, giving you control over your time and income potential. • Maintain strong client relationships through excellent customer service and consistent follow-up. • Participate in ongoing training, mentorship, and professional development to continuously grow your skills and success. Qualifications: What We’re Looking For • Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust and positive relationships with clients • Motivated and goal-oriented, with a desire to grow income based on performance • Willingness to obtain a life insurance license (no experience required) • Coachable and open to learning, with the ability to follow a proven sales system • Ability to work remotely with strong time management and self-discipline • Professional, reliable, and responsible, with the ability to pass a background check • Comfortable speaking with clients by phone or video while providing excellent customer service • Growth-minded with a strong work ethic and interest in long-term career advancement opportunities Compensation: $80,000 - $120,000 at plan earnings
