TrueCut Insurance LLC is hiring for a sales position with a 12:30 PM–9:00 PM shift. This role offers a competitive salary along with performance-based bonuses.

We are an independent Property & Casualty insurance agency. Our team works in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where phone communication, customer service, and teamwork are important. We’re looking for someone who is motivated, professional, and comfortable working with customers over the phone.

Qualifications:

Active Property & Casualty insurance license (required)

Proven success in insurance sales or a similar role

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Confidence in handling objections and closing deals

A motivated, goal-oriented mindset with a commitment to excellence

Responsibilities:

Handle incoming sales calls with professionalism and enthusiasm

Provide personalized insurance quotes tailored to each customer’s needs

Confidently close sales and effectively address customer objections

Follow all established procedures, guidelines, and compliance standards
