Responsibilities: • Oversee daily operations including marketing, sales, and customer service initiatives • Guide clients in selecting appropriate coverage that best meets their needs • Stay updated on industry trends and compliance requirements • Actively prospect for new clients through networking, referrals, and community engagement • Utilize social media and local media to promote community efforts and client success stories Qualifications: • Some knowledge of farming or agricultural background • Passion for social impact and community engagement • Self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility and drive • Active insurance license (or willingness to obtain one) • Strong ability to communicate and problem-solve Compensation: $66,000 at plan commission
