We are seeking a driven, community-minded individual to join our team as an independent Insurance Agent. This role is ideal for a proactive leader passionate about making a tangible local impact. You’ll sell insurance products and spearhead initiatives that address community needs, positioning our agency as a trusted ally. Responsibilities: • Actively prospect for new clients through networking, referrals, and community engagement • Manage day-to-day operations, including marketing, sales, and customer service • Stay updated on industry trends and compliance requirements • Develop and manage a book of business by offering tailored insurance solutions • Utilize social media and local media to promote community efforts and client success stories Qualifications: • Some knowledge of farming or agricultural background • Active insurance license (or willingness to obtain one) • Passionate about giving back to the community and making a positive impact • Strong ability to communicate and problem-solve • 5+ years in sales, customer service, or business development; insurance experience a plus • Insurance and sales experience a plus Compensation: $66,000+ at plan
