Responsibilities: • Compile insurance quotes using accurate customer information, data, and rates for insurance policies • Present prospective customers with the best insurance policy options to meet their needs after assessing their individual circumstances and goals • Boost sales revenue by calling, texting, and emailing potential clients • Build the skills and confidence necessary to achieve self-sufficiency as an insurance agent with your mentor • Maximize upselling and cross-selling opportunities for financial products by treating each client contact as an opportunity to generate new and continued business Qualifications: • Candidates must clear a background check • Proven leadership and communication skills • Excellent at building rapport and relationships with people • At least one year of experience working in sales or the insurance industry desired • Job seekers must already have or be willing to get their state Property and Casualty as well as Life and Health insurance licenses Compensation: $45,000-$60,000
