Responsibilities: • Generate accurate insurance quotes by leveraging accurate data, customer information, and available insurance rates • Maximize upselling and cross-selling opportunities for financial products by treating each client contact as an opportunity to generate new and continued business • Compile, present, and explain insurance policy options that meet each potential customer’s individual needs • Hit the outlined business production objectives so the agency meets its overall financial goals • Drive sales among potential clients by making phone calls, composing text messages, and sending emails regularly • Handle customer inquiries • Sell and solicit/provide information about the products and services • Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns • Document and update customer records based on interactions • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services Qualifications: • Proven leadership and communication skills • Job seekers must already have or be willing to get their state Property and Casualty as well as Life and Health insurance licenses • One year minimum sales experience preferred • Excellent at building rapport and relationships with people • Candidates must clear a background check • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields • Ability to build rapport with clients • Ability to prioritize and multitask • Positive and professional demeanor • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Must be willing to obtain an Insurance License Compensation: $45,000 - $60,000 yearly
