    Position Overview: We are looking for an energetic and driven Insurance Sales Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, has a strong sales mindset, and is ready to build a lasting career in the insurance industry. Whether you’re experienced in insurance or new to the field, we provide the tools and support to help you succeed.

    Responsibilities:

    Engage with prospective and existing clients to understand their insurance needs

    Offer tailored insurance solutions including auto, home, renters, life, and other personal lines

    Develop new business through warm leads, referrals, inbound calls, and community outreach

    Educate clients on policy options, coverages, and benefits

    Build and maintain a pipeline of prospects using CRM tools

    Provide exceptional service to maintain and grow client relationships

    Stay informed on product offerings and industry updates

    Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals

    Qualifications:

    P&C license is mandatory

    Sales experience of at least 1 year perferred.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    Self-motivated and driven to succeed.

    Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
