    POSITION OVERVIEW:

    In this role, you'll connect with prospective clients, identify their insurance needs, and provide customized coverage solutions.     RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Develop relationships with prospective and existing clients.

    Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.

    Generate quotes and present coverage options.

    Follow up on leads, referrals, and marketing opportunities.

    Cross-sell and round out existing accounts.

    Maintain accurate client records and documentation.

    Provide outstanding customer service throughout the sales process.

    Work collaboratively with team members to achieve agency growth goals.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    Sales, customer service, or relationship-building experience preferred.

    Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

    Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

    Ability to build trust and establish long-term client relationships.

    Organized and detail-oriented.

    Insurance license preferred or willingness to obtain licensing.
