What You’ll Do:
Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions
Educate clients on coverage options across multiple carriers
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
Deliver a high level of service to support retention and referrals
What We’re Looking For:
Active Property & Casualty license required
Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and listening)
Goal-oriented with a competitive, sales-driven mindset
