Whether you are already licensed or looking to break into the industry, we provide the "safety net" and coaching to help you reach a Total Annual Package of $87,972+.

The Career Path: Get Paid to Learn

Every champion starts with the fundamentals. You will begin your journey as an Opportunity Specialist (SDR). This phase allows you to master our systems and lead generation while earning a solid $19/hr base pay. In this role, you can "stack your cash" with daily bonuses based on your transfer volume—reaching up to $15.00 per transfer for high performers. Once you’ve mastered the "Daily Fundamentals," you will transition into a Licensed Sales Agent role with uncapped commission potential.

Engage: Identify and qualify sales leads from a variety of sources to fuel the agency’s growth.

Educate: Help customers understand the value of their protection and customize Allstate products to fit their lives.

Protect: Act as a trusted advisor, helping our local community prepare for life’s uncertainties.

Grow: Cross-sell and bundle policies to maximize your commission tiers—earning up to 10% on new business.
