Responsibilities:

Engage with potential clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.

Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive outreach and follow-ups.

Prepare and present insurance proposals to clients, highlighting key benefits and coverage options.

Collaborate with team members to enhance sales strategies and share best practices.

Utilize CRM software to track leads, manage client interactions, and report on sales performance.

Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.

Requirements:

Proven experience in sales, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Valid insurance license in Wisconsin or willingness to obtain one.

Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
